What are the results of this step?

Insight into what has – and what has not – been achieved. A recommendation on how to continue the development of diversity sensitivity in the programme.


What happens in this step?

In this step, required information is collected and analysed to chart what progress the programme has made in terms of diversity sensitivity:

  • what elements of the plans in the work plan have been implemented, and what has not been implemented,
  • to what extent have the adjustments and efforts had the intended impact,
  • how have things gone in the processes and what can we learn from this for the follow-up,
  • and what goals have or have not been achieved.

These findings are then used to write a recommendation on the follow-up for this work on diversity-sensitive teaching and learning.
